Leadership Structure. Our Advisory Board comprises independent, skilled, and diverse members with high levels of subject specific expertise, and our Executive Board are experienced members with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Transparency. We strive to provide timely and accurate disclosure of financial and operational information and have clearly defined policies and rules in the case of our awards criteria and voting procedures.
Accountability. We have mechanisms to hold management accountable to the board and shareholders, partner and members.
Ethical Conduct. We place a strong emphasis on corporate ethics, compliance, and integrity.
Risk Oversight. All parts of the organisation have robust processes for identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, especially in regard to events organisation.
