and then you can earn SailingMiles through making partner purchases and, or supporting sailing activities such as club events or other community participation (such as World Sailing Day volunteering).
You can also purchase SeaMiles from vendors or at SeaMiles.com.
Spending miles
Redeem your Standard SeaMiles for discounts from our partners on things like exclusive experiences, purchases of apparel, equipment, services.
If you do not spend your Standard SeaMiles within the 24 month period you can exchange them for Premium SeaMiles.

Sailing Miles is the first global loyalty and rewards program designed and created for the sailing and marine industry.
World Sailing Day and the global rewards Sailing Miles program has partnered to stimulate and incentivise people and companies to stay engaged with sailing and to enable the Sailing Miles partners who join to offer both rewards and discounts to the World Sailing Day members who have joined the program.
These earned Sailing Miles can then be redeemed for a host of different rewards such as, discounts on sailing experiences, event entrances, purchases of marine products and even services etc.
The Sailing Miles program is unique in the fact that it is two tiered with unlimited Standard Sailing Miles (based on demand) and Premium Sailing Miles with a fixed issue (in order to ensure value appreciation and miles retention). Ownership of the Premium Sailing Miles is secured via smart contract and Standard Sailing Miles may be exchanged for tokenized Premium Sailing Miles which will become redeemable after World Sailing Day (28/5/2026). Standard Sailing Miles will be available for purchase by non-members as of 01/01/2026. Registered World Sailing Day members receive 10% additional SailingMiles.
If you sign up today, you can claim your first 1000 miles for free. Double that amount if you become a member of both Sailing Miles and World Sailing day and earn 3000 miles if your club joins !
